Picking Up the Phone is Killing Your Business
A step-by-step guide to optimizing how your business handles incoming calls.
Investing in your brand ensures it reflects where you’re headed, not just where you are, positioning your business for long-term growth and success.
When I started Tier Level Digital Marketing, we operated for almost two years without a website. That might sound absurd for a digital marketing agency, but at the time, I relied solely on my personal network to bring in clients. Even when we finally launched our first website, we put minimal effort into what our brand truly communicated. In the past eight years, we’ve only done one website refresh, despite having hundreds of clients and thousands of visitors annually. We neglected the very thing we preached and executed for our clients.
We were hypocrites.
As we approach our 10-year anniversary, we’ve undertaken a full rebranding process, one that redefines the message we want to communicate to potential clients. This wasn’t just a surface-level update; we spent months refining every detail to create a brand that will carry us forward for years. From the colors we use to the messaging in all of our marketing, every element now aligns with a clear brand identity. This guide articulates who we are, what we do, and most importantly, why we exist.
Where do you want to take your company?
When someone visits your website or sees your logo on a vehicle, does it communicate where you see yourself in one year?
Two years?
Five years?
While many business owners attempt to handle branding themselves, there comes a point when hiring a professional makes more sense. If you aim to grow your business by millions but hesitate to invest $10,000–$20,000 in a rebrand, that hesitation could be holding you back. The return on that investment can be exponential. Your brand is more than a logo, it’s how the world perceives you before you even speak. From your website to your business cards to the apparel your team wears, every touchpoint matters.

Your brand should reflect where you’re headed, not just where you are. Make the investment. It’s worth it.
